Electric motor production mode—Automation and quality control
Electromagnetic design uses finite element analysis (FEA) software to optimize the stator/rotor structure, magnetic field distribution, and determine parameters such as the number of winding turns and wire diameter.
Thermal analysis: simulate the temperature rise under different working conditions and design the cooling system (such as liquid cooling, air cooling).
Structural optimization: use modular design (such as segmented stator) to reduce processing difficulty, or integrated casting (such as aluminum alloy rotor) to improve reliability.
Intelligent production line: AGV logistics vehicle, robot handling, visual inspection system (such as stator core lamination misalignment detection accuracy ±0.1mm).
Online monitoring: real-time detection of winding resistance and insulation resistance (≥100MΩ), and automatic removal of unqualified products.
Traceability system: record the full process data from raw materials to finished products through QR codes.
