Standard products can provide 1-2 samples (customers bear the shipping costs); customized products need to pay sample fees, but can be deducted in subsequent orders.

What after-sales services are provided?

We promise: 12-month warranty, free repair/replacement for non-human damage; respond to technical consultation within 24 hours; provide spare parts supply and maintenance guidance for life.

How long does the delivery cycle take?

Standard products are shipped in 7-15 days when there is sufficient inventory; customized products take 30-45 days (including design, production and quality inspection). Urgent orders can be processed on an expedited basis, please contact customer service for details.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ of standard products is 50 units, and small batch trial orders are supported; the MOQ of customized products is adjusted according to the complexity of the design, and the specific details can be negotiated with the sales team.

How to ensure product quality?

We use full-process quality control: Raw materials: core components (such as bearings, winding wires); Production: automated production line + manual re-inspection; Testing: Each motor undergoes load testing, noise testing and life simulation, and provides a test report.
