The on-time delivery process of the motor involves multiple links to ensure that the entire process from production to delivery is smooth and efficient.

1. Contract signing and confirmation

Signing a purchase contract: The two parties agree on key terms such as the model, specifications, quantity, price, delivery time, location, and payment method of the motor, and sign a formal purchase contract.

Contract confirmation and preparation: After both parties confirm that the content of the contract is correct, we begin to prepare for production and delivery related matters.

2. Production and stocking

Production plan formulation: The company formulates a detailed production plan according to the contract requirements, including production cycle, raw material procurement, production line arrangement, etc.

Raw material procurement and inspection: Purchase raw materials that meet quality standards and conduct strict inspections to ensure that the quality of raw materials meets the requirements.

Production process control: During the production process, strengthen quality control to ensure that the performance and quality of the motor meet the standards agreed in the contract.

Finished product inspection and packaging: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the completed motor to ensure that all indicators are qualified. After passing the inspection, properly package it to prevent damage during transportation.

Preparation and notification: After the goods are ready, we will notify the customer in advance that the goods are ready for shipment according to the time agreed in the contract.

3. Transportation and delivery

Transportation mode selection: According to the quantity, volume, weight and delivery location of the goods, choose the appropriate transportation mode (such as road transportation, rail transportation, water transportation or air transportation).

Transportation arrangement and tracking: Sign a transportation contract with the transportation company to ensure that the goods can be delivered to the delivery location on time and safely. During the transportation process, we will track the transportation of the goods in a timely manner to ensure the smooth transportation.

Delivery and receipt: After the goods arrive at the delivery location, we will promptly notify the customer for acceptance. After the customer passes the acceptance, he will sign the goods acceptance form as a certificate of delivery completion.

4. After-sales service and technical support

Free training: We provide necessary free training to customers to ensure that customers can master the use and maintenance methods of motors.

Warranty service: During the warranty period, the company promises to provide a certain number of on-site inspection services and maintenance services to ensure the normal operation of the motor.

Technical support: The company provides timely and effective technical support to answer questions encountered by customers during use.
